Frances Ann Hill
Frances Ann Hill, Ed.D., is an associate professor at the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Prior to coming NAU, she worked with Ramada Hotels Worldwide and Marie Callender's Restaurants in corporate communications, public relations, investor relations, marketing, and community relations. She earned both her Ed.D. and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership at NAU. Her BA degree in philosophy was earned at Mundelein College, Chicago, Illinois.
Hill’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of hospitality leadership and organizational behavior, interpersonal relationships, and excellence in university teaching.
